Getting to Guâ’s gite
Guâ’s guest house is located at 14 bis avenue du Maréchal Joffre in Figeac
Follow the GR marked trail, you’ll not get lost!
On foot, via the GR65 marked trail, you’ll enter Figeac by the Surgié pond.
You are then at Figeac’s entrance and still have a kilometre to go.
Stay on the path, which is marked with white and red signs, and you’ll end up on Victor Hugo Allées.
Whilst remaining on the GR marked trail, you’ll then go over Gambetta bridge. At the bottom of the bridge, after crossing it, take a left. Carry on straight to the guest house (approximately 400m / 437 yards away from the bridge)
By train – Figeac train station is a 15 minute walk from the gite.
By car – There are several free car parks in the city.
We advise you to use the car park of Les Carmes (administrative district), this one is 500 meters from the house, it is where the gendarmes park.
Getting back on the Compostela Pilgrims’ trail
The following day, you’ll already be on the Pilgrims’ trail as the guest house is on it.
You’ll exit via a footbridge, which is 200m away, therefore before the Gambetta bridge.
